Pick your provider and Inbovio fills in the server settings. Outlook and Microsoft 365 connect with “Sign in with Microsoft”. A built-in test checks everything before you save.

Questions
Which email providers work with Inbovio?
Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, Hostinger, cPanel, SiteGround and any other provider that offers IMAP over SSL.
Does Inbovio change anything in my mailboxes?
Reading never changes anything. When you send from Inbovio the email goes out through that mailbox's own server, with a copy saved in its Sent folder, so it looks exactly like you sent it from there.
Do I need to keep a browser open for mail to sync?
No. Sync runs on our servers 24/7, so new mail, alerts and mailbox health checks keep working when everyone is offline.
Can team members see every mailbox?
Only if you let them. Owners and admins choose which mailboxes each member can see, and whether they can send from each one.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. There is a mobile app for iPhone and Android with your folders, search, email view and push alerts. You can also add the web app to your iPhone Home Screen.
